IMPLEMENTATION SUCCESS – the Whizible™ Mantra

Compulink has a process driven approach towards implementation and we believe in enriching the experience of our customers. This has paid off in many ways – faster implementations, quicker product adaptation and formation of a mutually symbiotic relationship with our customers.

At ICICI Bank, implementation was done in two stages. At the first stage, there was a study of the workflow from various business groups to the technology center. Next was implementation, which included customization of Whizible suite as per the requirements of the bank.

At North Eastern University, we completed the Whizible Initiatives and Whizible SEM implementation in record time.

Whizible Initiatives provides a highly flexible, web based solution for allowing organizations to this capture ideas and initiatives in a structured manner, collaborate and manage information flow and workflow to take these through approval stages in a ‘stage gate method’ and convert them to projects that can then be tracked through Whizible SEM.Mid size or large size organizations in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance), Education, Government, Transportation, Manufacturing and Services industries are likely to benefit most from implementing Whizible Initiatives.

Compulink also announced its first three customers for this new product Whizible Initiatives and these are three of the most progressive organizations in different parts of the world.

Shinsei Bank, one of the largest and most progressive of the Japansese banks, uses Whizible Initiatives coupled with Compulink’s other product Whizible SEM to manage initiatives as well as the execution of the IT initiatives.

Northeastern Universty in Boston, USA uses the same combination for managing IT as well as non-IT initiatives. NEU is regarded as one of the innovative institutions of education in the North America.

Closer home, ICICI Bank, which has gained admiration for the technology propelled growth has implemented the combination in their PMO (Project Management Office) to streamline the projects.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT THOUGHT LEADERSHIP: Project Risks
So we begin with: Risk is not necessarily bad, since it is a feature of almost every activity that we perform (Rather what we do not perform also!!). In projects we have some degree of uncertainty due to the environment in which they are executed and assumptions associated with them. Other direct influencing factors are ‘Constraints’ from client, vendors as well as from our own organization.
Risk is a well-known ‘Fact’. Even client is aware of different risks in the project. Hence Project manager and his team should do the risk evaluation in co ordination with client. This way it helps both, the PM and the client to be on same plane about the project risks. There are two sides of the Risk “Coin”! Threat and Opportunity. Download
