Mr Vishwas Mahajan, CEO of Compulink Systems, spoke at the NASSCOM 2006 India Leadership Forum held in Mumbai between 15 and 17 February. He was a member of a panel discussion on Effective Marketing Strategies for Emerging Companies in India.

This panel discussion focussed on the challenges facing emerging companies, opportunities for collaboration and information sharing. The discussion was moderated by Mr Anand Deshpande, MD, Persistent Systems.

The other panelists were Subash Menon - President & CEO, Subex Systems, Shanmugam Nagarajan - Co-founder 24/7 Customer, S.B. Ravi Pandit -  CEO, KPIT Cummins.

Compulink's Whizible™ application was showcased at the Microsoft Office Project Conference held in Munich between February 23rd and 24th, 2006. This event was intended to provide the best information on the current and future releases of Microsoft Project and EPM solutions.

At these events, Compulink demonstrated its application ported on Microsoft's EPM platform, resulting in breakthrough benefits for users.

Whizible™ participated at the Microsoft Project Conference held between 17 and 19 January in Seattle, USA. This was a part of the international marketing initiatives program for this product suite.

“We are very pleased with the response we have received from the end users as well as potential partners during the launch”, announced Mr Vishwas Mahajan, CEO, Compulink Systems. “We hope to build on this and start
marketing our products in the North American market soon.”

Compulink has also launched its Partner Program to build a channel that will sell and service its products in the US market. It expects to sign up select partners over the next few months.

Compulink's Directors presented details about the IPO to media, analysts and sharebroker community through a series of meetings during the week of 21st Nov to 25th Nov. These meetings which took place on 21st November at Mumbai, 22nd November at Ahmedabad, 23rd November at Bangalore, 24th November at New
Delhi and 25th November at Pune, were attended by a number of journalists, analysts and investors.

Whizible™ Engineering, a variant of the industry leader Whizible™SEM - Services Execution Management Platform, was launched at the Engineering Congress 2005 being held in Mumbai on 20th and 21st September at Hotel Grand Hyatt Lands End.

Many attendees from the engineering services industry evinced keen interest in the product and its ability to solve the key business problems.

Compulink Systems has collaborated with Microsoft to create a powerful enterprise application, 'Whizible™ EPM' for the professional services and engineering industry. The Services Execution Management (SEM) solution will help automate key business processes of enterprises in the Services Sector so that they can manage various aspects of service delivery - resources, projects, customer communication, timesheets, and so on, in an integrated manner. The solution integrates Microsoft's Enterprise Project Management platform - Microsoft Project Server - with Compulink System's award winning Whizible™ application, and will provide several enhanced features such as project portfolio analysis and centralized project repository. This product was launched through a series of events held in New Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Bangalore.

A two day refresher course for PBN Administrators was conducted at Compulink, Pune, on 20th and 21st October. The objective of organizing this course was to help user organizations derive maximum benefits from PBN by reinforcing the knowledge among administrators. In some cases, the PBN admins had recently joined the organizations, and this was their first opportunity to be formally trained on the tool.

8 participants from 5 user organizations benefited from this training. The training covered PBN Ver 4.0 on configuration, processes, project types, project lifecycles, execution tracking and best practises.

Whizible™ has been chosen as a finalist for this years Microsoft Partner Awards Program. The award winners were announced at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference at Minneapolis on 9th July 2005.

Whizible™ SEM was formally launched in 10th European SEPG conference held at London between 13-16 June.

Capability of Whizible™ platform for process deployment and metrics and measurement program was the highlight of the show.

Compulink participated in the Project Management Leadership Conference, PML 2005, held in Bangalore on 13-14 May. At the Gala dinner, Suhasini Kirloskar presented a stand up comedy, "Project Management with a dash of humour". At the Conference, Mr Dhananjay Gokhale, VP, PELCON, was one of the persons chosen to present a paper. The subject of his paper was "Renunciation: A Key Competency in PM".

Mr. Kiran Karnik- President NASSCOM, inaugurated Compulink Systems' new corporate campus - Kshitij , located at the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, in Hinjewadi, Pune today. The new facility will function as corporate office of Compulink, its global customer support center, its prime software engineering and development facility and headquarter of its marketing and support activities. Conciding with the inauguration, eminent leaders including Mr. Kiran Karnik (President, NASSCOM), Mr. Deepak Ghaisas (CEO, i-flex solutions), Mr. Vishnu Dusad (MD, Nucleus Software) and Mr. Nandu Pradhan (Director, Microsoft India) participated in the discussion on "Software Products in India - Opportunities and Challenges".

Microsoft's Executive Summit was held in Agra on 5-7 April where Microsoft had invited its key customers. Mr Vishwas Mahajan, CEO, Compulink, was invited to speak at the Professional Services Track on Services Execution Management. In addition, Whizible™ was showcased in the 'Solutions Café'

Compulink's Whizible™ SEM was presented at NASSCOM 2005 India Leadership Forum - in the Showcase section, highlighting products created in India. This section was specially for showcasing the innovative products identified by Nasscom as part of their "Innovation in IT in India" quest. Compulink's CEO, Mr Vishwas Mahajan, also participated as a panelist in the Round Table discussion on "Emerging Product Companies in India"

As part of its continuous endeavor to inject fresh ideas and perspectives into the product development process, Compulink met with its Product Advisory Board on 15th Jan at Pune. An impressive list of industry experts, thought leaders and customers make up the Product Advisory Board. The board discussed a wide variety of subjects on various aspects of product creation, development and packaging. The insights and advise offered by the Board members will be incorporated into the future product strategies for Whizible™SEM. Said Mr Ajay Phatak, CEO, Jopasana Software, one of the Board members. "We have been observing the progress made by Compulink and its products, such as Whizible™SEM, over the years. The Product Advisory Board is a unique forum for us to suggest future enhancements based on our industry knowledge, insights, and user experiences".

Quality+, a Bangalore based consultancy and training company, conducted a two day course for software professionals. The objective of the course was to teach application of Software Engineering concepts to improve management of projects, and implement key CMM, CMMi practises. The course was held on Jan 17-18 at The Chancery, Bangalore. Compulink conducted the session on "Tools for Generating Metrics". Experiences and insights gained from various customer implementations of Compulink's Whizible™ ProjectByNet™ were shared with the participants.

NASSCOM, India's premier trade body and the Chamber of Commerce of the IT software and services industry, has launched an initiative that celebrates the Indian spirit of innovation in the IT industry. NASSCOM has been keenly watching and searching for players within the sector that are at the forefront of this innovation and original IP creation movement. Recently, however, NASSCOM's search for excellence and innovation in IT has taken a more serious and intensive flavor, and they invited companies to answer their quest for Innovation in IT in India.

Once NASSCOM announced this quest, they received 96 application from Western Region. Six companies were shortlisted to present, on 1st November at Mumbai.

The four parameters which the panelists reviewed companies for were:

• Original IP Creation
• Install base for Products
• Revenue from IP
• Potential of the IP

The Global Entrepolis at Singapore is Singapore's "one big networking event" where over 10,000 of the best and most enterprising in the international business community converge to exchange ideas, forge partnerships and seal deals.

Mr Mahajan shared his thoughts about the vision and passion that go into creation of a product. He brought into focus all the aspects that need to be handled before a product becomes ready-to-market, such as documentation, packaging, branding and support.

He also highlighted the benefits of developing a robust domestic market for a product before going international. As the audience appreciated Mr Mahajan's inputs very much, Nasscom suggested that they would repeat this seminar at other cities.

Compulink Systems was an exhibitor at the recently held Microsoft's Worldwide Partner Conference in July 11-13, 2004. Held in Toronto, it attracted more than 5,500 attendees.

The Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) - was a showcase for companies using Microsoft technology platforms. More than 200 companies from around the world took the opportunity to pitch their products and services to a global audience.

Compulink showcased their "services", where they displayed their expertise in building web-based business applications.

Visitors to our booth were amazed to see how serious business applications could be built rapidly using Compulink's .NET based rapid application framework - WHIZ .

Compulink demonstrated their flagship product ProjectByNetT and the "Auto Dealer After Sales Service" project, as examples of real world work done using our WHIZ Framework .

On the 15th of May, Compulink celebrated the Ground Breaking ceremony to mark the beginning of the construction of our new Corporate Campus at the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, Pune. This marks an important point in Compulink's expansion plans, towards the creation of a development centre spread over 3 acres, and comprising of 50,000 sq feet in the first phase, and 30,000 sq feet each in the second and third phases.

Mr Chet Kamat, Head, Accenture - India Delivery Centre and Mr Ganesh Natarajan, CEO Zensar Technologies were the Chief Guests at this occassion. The Ground Breaking was marked by the planting of saplings at the site at the hands of Mr Kamat, Mr Natarajan, Mr Anand Deshpande, Mr Pradeep Udhas, Dr Sushil Gupta, Mr Sajit Kumar and Dr H.V.Adavi.

Later the celebrations continued at the auditorium of the Symbiosis Center of Information Technology. Mr Chet Kamat and Mr Ganesh Natarajan spoke and commended Compulink's journey so far and also gave inspiring guidance for the future.

The event was attended by Compulink's well wishers, associates, customers, as well as company employees along with families. Later a program of light music ensured that good memories of this evening would remain in the minds of all who attended.
