He has been awarded 3 times by IBM World Trade Corporation for performance excellence. He was instrumental in designing an ERP package in the UK and implementing it in many companies in Holland, UK and Germany.

He was awarded "Udyogratna" by Indian Economic Council for his contribution to Information Technology Industry and twice by the prime minister for excellent performance of his company in Software Exports.

Apart from Information Technology,he has keen interest in Music, Economics and Literature.He has been awarded " Kumar Gandharva Award" by Pandit Bhimsen Joshi for his contribution to music & computers.

He has authored 3 books in Marathi. His "Sanganakyug"(on computers), "Boardroom" (on Management) and "Nadvedh" (on Music) have been immensely popular.
Currently, he is the Managing Director of "Softexcel Consultancy Services" advising global companies about strategies of growth and setting up of delivery organizations and processes for offshore centers for excellent performance.

Anand Karwa

Currently the Chief Financial Officer of Opus Software Solutions, Mr. Anand Karwa is responsible for all of Opus' financial matters including funding and financial planning. Deepak Ghaisas

Mr. Deepak Ghaisas is Vice-Chairman, i-flex solutions, and a part of the leadership team of Oracle's newly formed Financial Services Global Business Unit (FSGBU). In his new role, he will provide the unit with his in-depth knowledge, commitment, and experience. Deepak's expertise spans areas such as business management and management accounting; techno-legal-commercial areas of information technology, risk management, corporate governance, legal affairs, and contract negotiations. Deepak's ability, which transformed and shaped i-flex's successful financial performance, will now guide the FSGBU to a high level of growth and recognition.

As Chief Executive Officer (India operations) and Chief Financial Officer from 1997 to April, 2007, Deepak was credited for playing a large role in creating, selling, and driving the organization's strategy. As a spokesperson for the organization in its early years, Deepak demonstrated a deep confidence in i-flex's potential for the global market, and provided the organization with a focus and clarity of direction that it needed.

Recently, Deepak was elected for the third time to the executive council of NASSCOM. He is also the chairman of the IT committee of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII); and, a member of the committee of the Indian Institute of Bankers - constituted for the purpose of drafting the curriculum for Information System Audit course for bankers.

Another measure of his visionary strategy and evangelistic style is showcased in his role as Vice-President of the Maharashtra Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), a governing body which actively participates in the decision-making process for the economic development of Maharashtra, India. Dilip Bhonde

Dilip Bhonde, Senior Director, Symantec Corporation, India
Out of 27 years of experience, Mr. Dilip Bhonde has worked around twenty-four years in Information technology Industry.

Currently he's working as Senior Director at Symantec Corp, managing IT operations. Kiran Karnik

Maria Cristina (Beng) Coronel
Ms. Maria Cristina (Beng) Coronel is the President and CEO of Pointwest Technologies Corporation. She has over 25 years of solid experience in software service engagement management, account development and project delivery prior to co-founding Pointwest Technologies Corporation. Beng was part of the team that pioneered IT outsourcing in the Philippines and developed global delivery models for offshore services.

She has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering (with honors) from the University of Santo Tomas. She is a licensed Chemical Engineer.

Beng is a member of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Software Industry Association, chairperson in charge of the Committee for HR/Manpower Development. She has actively rallied for the cooperation between government, academe and industry in developing the Philippine software industry for academic curriculum improvements through linkage programs and IT skills upgrade programs.

Moorthi Chokkanathan

Head of India Delivery and Operations, Hexaware Technologies Ltd.

Mr. Moorthi Chokkanathan is the Head of India Delivery and Operations for Hexaware Technologies. He has been with Hexaware since 1998 and he along with the Management team has been instrumental in steering the growth of the company. He is responsible for projects’ delivery out of regional centers to global customers of Hexaware. Moorthi is also a member of Hexaware’s Management Council.

Dr. Narendra Jadhav
Vice Chancellor, University of Pune
Dr. Narendra Jadhav is a well-known economist, public speaker and a social worker. He joined the Reserve Bank of India in 1977, served in various capacities and is presently Head of its Department of Economic Analysis & Policy. He served as Advisor to the Executive Director at the IMF during 1998-2002 and also completed an assignment for the Independent Evaluation Office at the IMF. Dr. Jadhav has in past served as Advisor to the Governor of National Bank of Ethopia and has visited several countries as part of various missions. He has been associated with a large number of committees. He was the Member Secretary of the Committee to Review the Working of the IGIDR (Chairman: Dr. I.G. Patel)

Dr. Jadhav has several scholastic honours and professional distinctions to his credit. He holds a doctorate degree in Economics from Indiana University, USA, for which he won the Best International Student Award and the Award for Outstanding Contribution to Economic Theory from the Indiana University, USA. His major research interests include monetary economics, public finance, international economics and econometrics. He was awarded the Maharashtra Sahitya Parishad Award for his book ‘Dr. Ambedkar: Economic Thoughts & Philosophy’. His recent novel ‘Outcast – Life and Triumphs of Untouchable Family In India’ has been published in French and is being published in English. Dr. Jadhav’s Marathi novel ‘Amcha Baap Aan Amhi’ was nominated for Sahitya Academy Award and a 52-part Hindi TV serial is currently underway on the same. His books on ‘Monetary Economics for India’, Macmillan, 1994 and his edited book ‘Challenge to Indian Banking: Competition, Globalization and Financial Markets’, Macmillan, 1996 have been popular readings on the subject.

Natarajan Ranganathan

CFO - Investment Advisor, Helion Ventures
Natarajan (Nats) has over 18 years experience and serves on the Boards of Hurix Systems and Cambridge Technology Enterprises. Before joining Helion, Nats was Global CFO and Head of Support Services at Tavant Technologies. During his stint in Tavant he led key initiatives of strengthening and implementing several internal processes related to Finance, HR and IS; and championing organizational improvement programs. He helped Tavant grow to $60M in revenue. Prior to Tavant, Natarajan was Chief Finance Officer and Chief Information Officer at Wipro ePeripherals. He worked for about 10 years in the Wipro group of Companies, in the areas of strategic business planning, financial services accounting, marketing, HR, Information services, finance and resources management, treasury and taxation. Nats contributed significantly to the profitability through treasury management, controllership and compliances. WeP was awarded the Best IT Usage Award by NASSCOM in the ICT Category in September 2003, an initiative led by Nats as the CIO. He started his career in 1989 with SRF Limited, a manufacturing company based in Delhi. He is also on the advisory board of SCIT, (part of Symbiosis International University).

Mrs. Neelam Dhawan is the Managing Director of Microsoft India with the responsibility for leading Microsoft's Sales & Marketing operations in the country. Surya Kumar

Mr. Surya Kumar has over 19 years of experience in sales and delivery of cutting edge IT solutions and services, spanning US, Europe and India geographies. Over the years, he has acquired a keen understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE, Real-time Simulation and Enterprise IT application areas.

This is Surya's fifth year in his second stint at Sierra Atlantic and early this year, he has transitioned from delivery to take charge of the Quality and IS functions. He is currently leading an organization-wide change initiative for upgrading Sierra Atlantic’s delivery practices from CMM Level 5 to the latest CMMI version. He is also actively involved in the planning and execution of the IS infrastructure for Sierra Atlantic’s upcoming campus at Hyderabad.

His twin passions are teaching and training. When on a holiday, situation permitting, he likes to relax by swimming, snorkeling and para-sailing.
